On December 7, 2003, the Frazier Community Library hosted a traditional English High Tea in conjunction with The Second Christmas Tour sponsored by The Harvest House of Perryopolis. The Library was the grateful recipient of the monies raised by the 2003 Christmas House Tours. Sites included on the tour in 2003 were Maple Lane Farm, Greenfield Manor, the Elliott Farm, the home of Valerie and Dennis Madorma, the First Christian Church, and the Frazier Community Library.
Holly and pine greens transformed the community library into an elegant and welcoming Tea Room. Attendees dined while traditional Christmas music was performed by Katie and Sara Zebley of Dawson. Instrumentals on violin, keyboard, and guitar provided the pefect backdrop for conversation.
The delicious menu included cucumber and egg salad tea sandwiches, scones with raspberry butter, lemon curd and clotted cream, jewel cake, a chocolate confection, and, of course, tea.
A wonderful afternoon was enjoyed by all while raising funds for the Frazier Community Library!
