The Dedication of the Dr. Harry R. Sampey Park • July 29, 2000

A Remarkable Gift to Perryopolis • A Remarkable Transformation

Then and Now

The Ceremony Began with the Raising of the Flag by a Perryopolis VFW Honor Guard

Dr. Harry R. Sampey spoke movingly about his early years in Perryopolis. He told the community that this was their day, not his day. It was both.
